PhoenixMart is nearing completion of several underground plumbing and electrical underground distribution milestones that will pave the way for an exciting October.  Portions of the slab footprint are currently in the process of  being compacted and back-filled and many important activities will commence in the coming weeks; including the pouring of 50,000 square foot slab sections, two masonry elevator shafts, delivery of structural steel components and commencement of the erection of vertical steel structures. By next month’s end, the first 2 sections of tilt wall vertical panels (east and west elevations) will be in place.
